what we do
experience. learning. impact.
Operating in Ireland since 2008 we are proud to bring an entirely fresh approach to corporate training.
Our world class programmes can be deployed in many contexts including:
- Conference and Team Building Programmes
- Performance / Productivity Improvements
- Induction Programmes
- Culture Transformation
- Bringing an existing training initiative to life
- Corporate Coaching
We don't just 'do' these things. We are concerned with something more...
Eagle’s Flight is concerned with igniting transformation. We’re about developing an environment whereby change happens, where people are motivated to do their jobs better, to lead more effectively. All this is done through learning that is based on our proprietary experiential model. We don’t just 'do corporate training' – we are dedicated to unearthing the promise that each and every participant has, and to ensure that they are committed to taking the learning with them, living it and passing it on to others.
The Process - How we Plan for a Successful Project
Most programmes are approximately four hours long. This is made up of approximately a two-hour experience followed by a two hour debrief. The initial two hour experience is similar for every organisation. The 1 ½ to 2 hour debrief that follows is tailored to the needs of each organisation.
The debrief is tailored such that how the principles that come out in the programme can be applied in your organisation are obvious to participants. We will leave people such that they are engaged with specific activities going on in your organisation and are enthused and committed to making the organisation a better place to work. We will energise them to play their part in any changes that are occurring.
In order to ensure that the programme is tailored to the specific needs of your organisation we recommend the following steps:
|
Stage |
Description |
Planning Phase |
A discovery audit takes place with key stakeholders to ensure that the debrief is tailored to the needs of the organisation. |
Preparation of Debrief |
Eagle’s Flight tailors an appropriate debrief. |
Planning Phase 2 |
Following preparation of the debrief a final discussion takes place to ensure complete alignment with organisational needs. |
Execution |
We can assist in whatever form necessary in terms of booking of hotel rooms and lunches etc. The key here is to ensure participants are given the chance to enjoy the training such that the organisation achieves engagement. |
Feedback and Analysis |
Feedback forms are distributed at the end of each session. The responses are collated and reported to the organisation. We would also arrange to meet to receive other informal feedback. |
Follow on Tools |
Eagle’s Flight have a series of follow on tools designed to promote ‘keeping the learning alive’ in the organisation. These include email campaigns containing key messages from the programme, workbooks, a follow-on Apply It! Session where participants can plan specifically how they may change how they go about their individual role. In our experience it is best to wait on discussing these tools until at least after the initial programme. |
